Instead of buying four individual drinks with four disposable cups, invest in buying a super-sized beverage instead. Then divide the drink into the reusable cups; this will save money and cut down on waste.

One charity, Baby Buggy, was started by Jessica Seinfeld to collect these newborn essentials and give them to families who need them the most; the organization's motto is "Love. Recycled." So consider it or another nonprofit when you need to donate your lightly used strollers, clothes and toys.
