Whether it's organic or conventional, vintage or new, it's the quality of clothes that matter when shopping for new duds. Poorly made clothes that fall apart quickly are never a green choice because they need to be replaced more frequently. When buying new clothes and accessories, look for pieces that will last for the long haul -- not "cheap chic" disposable pieces.

A dirty microwave can be a breeding ground for mold, so make sure to wipe it down with a damp microfiber towel to get it clean.
