Both Bonnie Tandy Leblang and Carolyn Wyman are seasoned food critics with extensive writing backgrounds. Dubbed the "Ebert & Roeper" of the food pages, Leblang and Wyman provide a point-counterpoint approach to critiquing new products on the grocery store shelves so their readers can make informed decisions.

Leblang has a master's degree in nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. A registered dietitian, she's an award-winning author who has written articles on food, cooking and nutrition for numerous publications, including The New York Times, Parade, American Health, McCall's, Family Circle, Working Mother and Woman's Day, among others. She's been a columnist in Fitness, Better Homes & Gardens, House Beautiful, Lamaze Family, Parents and Caring Today magazines.

She is the co-author of "Rice" (Harmony Books, 1991), "The Weekend Kitchen" (Harmony Books, 1992), "365 Great Cookies and Brownies"

(HarperCollins, 1993), "Beans" (Harmony Books, 1994) and "Grains" (Harmony Books, 1995). She is also the author of "Country Entertaining" (Running Press, 1991). Bonnie has served on the boards of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, James Beard Foundation and American Heart Association.

Wyman is an award-winning journalist and the author of four food history books: "Better Than Homemade: Amazing Foods That Changed the Way We Eat" (Quirk Books, 2004), "Jell-O: A Biography" (Harvest Books, 2001), "Spam: A Biography" (Harvest Books, 1999) and "I'm a Spam Fan: America's Favorite Foods" (Longmeadow Press, 1993).

Her food reporting and commentary have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. She has also written for comedian Joan Rivers, and once appeared in the National Examiner tabloid, sitting in a shopping cart full of groceries. She eats cookies for breakfast and frozen entrees for dinner.

Together or separately, Leblang and Wyman have appeared on numerous national and local television and radio programs, including "Good Morning America," "The Home Show," CNN, "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," CNBC's "Reader's Digest," National Public Radio's "Morning Edition," the Food Network, and the History and Discovery channels.
